In Korean, 들 (deul) means wild and 풀 (pul) means greens. Deulpul Kimchi is a celebration of that wild, growing-everywhere spirit — humble ingredients, transformed by time, salt, and care into something alive.

Every batch is fermented by hand in Portland and brought to market at its peak. Check back each week for the featured kimchi of the week.
